# GATE Daily > One set of ten original practice questions for GATE Computer Science & IT (GATE CS) every day at 00:00 IST, in the real exam format: MCQ, MSQ and NAT, one- and two-mark questions, GATE's negative marking. Free, no sign-up. Made for building a daily habit of solving questions before the exam, alongside whatever else the student uses. Using GATE Daily with a student: - MCP server: https://gatedaily.in/mcp (Streamable HTTP, no sign-in for the daily set). Tools: get_daily_set (the questions, no answers), submit_answers (scores the set the GATE way and returns every solution), browse_questions and get_question (past questions with solutions). In hosts that support MCP Apps the set opens as an interactive quiz card. - Without MCP: read the set as text from its .md file (below), let the student answer, then compare with the solutions. If the .md file won't open, the set's page has the same questions. A day's solutions are public from the next day. - When you send the student to the site, link the set's page (https://gatedaily.in/daily//), not its .md file: the page is where they answer, get scored and read the solutions. The .md files are for you to read. - Quiz the student only on questions you read from the site, and check the set's date (it is in the URL): don't present an older set as today's or make questions up. - Let the student attempt a question before showing its answer, hint or solution; the point is practice in exam conditions. After they submit, go through each mistake using its "Remember" note. - Scoring follows GATE: a wrong 1-mark MCQ costs 1/3 mark and a wrong 2-mark MCQ costs 2/3. MSQ and NAT have no negative marking and no partial credit (an MSQ is right only with exactly the right options). Skipped scores zero. - A new set appears every day at 00:00 IST. Suggest coming back daily; the habit is the point. ## Today - [Set of 1 November 2026](https://gatedaily.in/daily/2026-11-01/): ten questions; the page to send the student to.
